This event is held under the National Sporting Code of the Auto-Cycle Union, the Standing Regulations, Supplementary Regulationsand any Final Instructions issued for the meeting.

The ACU National Sporting Code and Standing Regulations are published annually in the ACU Handbook.

Entry declaration: I / we the undersigned apply to enter the event described above and in consideration thereof:-

· I / we hereby declare that I / we have had the opportunity to read, and that I / we understand the National Sporting Code of the ACU, the ACU Standing Regulations, such Supplementary Regulations as have or may be issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them.

· I / we further declare that I am / we are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and I am / we are competent to do so.

· I / we confirm that I / we understand the nature and type of event we are entering and its inherent risks and agree to accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers or officials.

I / we understand that by taking part in this event I / we are exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I / we acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the ACU, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I / we may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my / our voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.

SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

ANNOUNCEMENT AND JURISDICTION

On Sunday 5th February 2012 at 11 am The South Liverpool Motor Club will hold an open permit trial for solo machines, starting at GRONFOEL nr CILCAIN two miles from the A541 Mold Denbigh Road, cross-roads Cilcain/Rhes-Y-Cae, The Competition to he held under the National Sporting Code of the ACU, the Standing Regulations for trials, and these supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions which may be issued.

Entries will be accepted on the official entry form from members of any club affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union

The entry fee is £15.00 Inclusive of Third Party Insurance ( off road risks only) and is returnable only in the event of cancellation of the meeting. Cheques and postal orders made payable to South Liverpool Motor Club.

Entries close at the start, machines will be examined prior to the start to ensure they comply with ACU specifications. Machines which exceed the legal noise limit will not be allowed to start

The course is on private ground but will include two miles of public road from the start to the sections

Remember ! riders MUST stick to marked route, do not ride on other tracks or sections of moor.

This will be a DUAL route trial. Easy / expert sections

All riders must declare on the entry form their current ACU registration No

Marking System – The FIM (22a) system will be used. MACHINES & RIDER MUST BE ROAD LEGAL
